Getting access
CPC is invitation-only during the pilot — you cannot self-register from the app. Access is granted to verified GB community pharmacy professionals. If your organisation uses CPC, sign in with the account you were provided. To request access for your pharmacy, email support@neuronet.dev.
Common questions
- I can't sign in. Use the email and password associated with your approved account. Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to reset it, or email support if you're still stuck.
- Why do I have to confirm my identity to sign an alert? Signing an acknowledgement records a tamper-evident professional attestation, so we ask you to re-authenticate (Face ID / Touch ID or your device passcode) to confirm it's a deliberate action. A passcode or biometric must be enrolled on your device to sign.
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → "Delete account". This erases your personal data and revokes your sign-in. Signed acknowledgement records are retained as a legal/regulatory record — see the Privacy Notice.
- Is CPC a substitute for official safety alerts? No. CPC helps you organise and evidence your handling of alerts, but you must continue to rely on the official sources (e.g. MHRA / NatPSA) and your organisation's procedures. See the Terms of Service.
